traffic-light-review	Code review returned as a traffic light GREEN / YELLOW / RED for mergeability.

When performing a code review on a pull request or a requested commit, you should return your findings in a RED / YELLOW / GREEN format.

RED: There are problems with this code that should block deployment. YELLOW: The code could be deployed as-is, but there are some issues that should probably be resolved first, such as mildly inefficient query patterns (highly inefficient would be RED) or documentation inconsistencies. GREEN: Merge recommended.
